By using Narevio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Narevio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Narevio provides a web-based case management platform for social workers, NGOs, and municipalities. We offer case tracking, referral management, and reporting tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at privacy@narevio.com.
You agree to use Narevio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, transmit harmful content, or use the service to violate the privacy of individuals.
Your organization is the Data Controller for all beneficiary data entered into Narevio. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis for processing this data under GDPR.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance where possible.
Either party may terminate the service agreement. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
Narevio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
