Narevio is a case management platform designed for social workers, NGOs, and municipalities in Greece. We process personal data on behalf of organizations that use our platform.
We collect worker data (name, email, role, organization) and beneficiary data processed on behalf of your organization (name or pseudonym, year of birth, nationality, gender, vulnerability category, case notes, referral history).
We process personal data under legitimate interests, contract performance, and legal obligation. Beneficiary data falls under GDPR Article 9. Your organization, as Data Controller, is responsible for establishing the appropriate legal basis for processing beneficiary data.
All data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Ireland). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by role-based permissions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Worker accounts are retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days after termination. Beneficiary data is retained as configured by your organization. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@narevio.com.
